It all started with the Network of Schools of Medellín

In 1995, Juangui, together with Amadeus, began the management of the Network of Music Schools of Medellín, an initiative that officially started in 1996 with the support of the Medellín Mayor’s Office. This project, now consolidated as public policy, has trained more than 45,000 children and young people, strengthening the social fabric through music.

MUSICAL MODEL
Cultivating the human spirit through music.

We transformed Amadeus’ educational philosophy through collective, experiential learning in orchestral and choral settings. We integrate play, emotional well-being, and music into a single model that nurtures creativity, leadership, and the socio-emotional skills of children and young people.
LUTHERIE WORKSHOP
Where wood becomes music.

We train our students in the crafting, maintenance, and repair of musical instruments using reclaimed wood. Every instrument is unique, has a maker, and tells a story.

Leadership and Emotional Well-Being

In partnership with Brio, Amadeus created a program that empowers young people to discover and strengthen a form of leadership that grows from within—understood not as a position, but as a daily choice rooted in their values, inner strength, resilience, and creativity.
